I'm buying a kayak for fishing in San Diego in the ocean, but do not know what would be best suited for it. If anyone can help I would appreciate. And I have a budget for it. You know what I found? Without a budget, however, find a used car. A good fishing yak will run from 750 to 1000 new dollars. In addition, once manipulated out. A "sit on top" is absolutely the best model for fishing. You want a good stability of the salt. L using a "cobra fish n dive." It is 12 '6 "long, 36" wide and has a capacity of 600 pounds. L have a fish finder with transducer attached inside the yak. L using a 12V battery toy for the days of power. Is the search engine and attached with Velcro to avoid losing. It works very well. There is nothing that drags on the outside. It also has four rod holders and two storage wells waterproof. This is an awesome fishing machine. Also a paddle strap is recommended.

I use a model sitting on top Kingfisher. I fish again of water and tried to go to sea and found it to be very stable and buoyant. Was built in rod holders and dry storage, and even a place made to keep abucket and webbing for other equipos.Lo best sit on top can be moved from his seat to other positions as turning completely sideways and put both feet in the water. I stretch and a nap in the shade of a mangrove tree of the Florida.Me like to try a model with a rudder steering system, now that I had some years of experience. I heard some kind of gear you can use candles, sounds like fun.
